Welcome to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department Detective Bureau

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department Detective Bureau, is a 5 person division within the Sheriff's Department.  It is supervised by a Lieutenant, with 4 Sergeant Investigators.  The Detective Bureau investigates all major crimes in the rural area's of the county and is available to assist the Merrill and Tomahawk Police Departments if called upon.  They also follow up on investigations that were initiated by the Sheriff's Department Patrol Unit.
