The D.A.R.E. program in Lincoln County began in 1990, with one D.A.R.E. trained officer.  Today we have two trained officers who teach at 4 schools, 2 in the City of Tomahawk, and two in rural Lincoln County.  We feel that the work we do in the schools with this program, is a long term benefit to the citizens of our area and overall helps prepare our youth as they begin their journey through life, and will make them better citizens.
